Hi!! I’m looking for a replacements tenant for a Garden Halls Townhouse Single Room.
Garden Halls is located in central london, close to Euston, King’s cross and St. Pancras, surrounded by UCL buildings and in close proximity to other unis such as SOAS, uni of westminster, UAL and RVC
- All bills included: £324 per week
- Also includes access to Garden Halls common spaces such as Games Room, Music Room, Cinema Room, Study Rooms, Laundry, Tennis Courts and Canteen (with good cheap food)
- Shared kitchen and shared bathroom with someone who is very clean and I have had no issues with whatsoever
- Room is on 3rd floor, providing distance from any noise caused in kitchen and has a small double bed
- Up to 3 day-time guests and 1 overnight guest permitted
- 5min walk from shopping/restaurant area with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Asian supermarket and more
- Events regularly organised by Garden Halls RAs for meeting new people (usually with free snacks )
