I take
•Triple science (AQA)
•Maths (Edexcel higher)
•English language (AQA)
•English literature (AQA, R&J, Christmas carol)
•Computer science (OCR)
•History (Edexcel, nazi germany, american west, elizabethan era, crime and punishment)
•Business (pretty sure it’s OCR or smth to do with cambridge)
•Religious studies (I want to say edexcel but not too sure)

heyy! nice to meet y'all. i'm in y12 now like jay and i agree the most important thing is to NOT burn-out.

i did (kinda forgot grade boundaries): maths, physics, econ, chem, bio, eng lit, eng lang, history, geo, german. for maths sciences econ and history i got myself a tutor (these guys in the year above me at school - they were pretty good for the price - 20 an hour - and i managed to get 9s for those thank god: lmk btw if anybody wants to be put in contact with them)

if you have any other general questions please feel free to ask me. i loved using seneca, savemyexams, pmt, tutor2u (for econ), and recommend using pomodoro revision and writing out good notes to learn from closer to the day!

I'm in y11 too currently right in between mock weeks, literally help I have 8 this week. I'm doing AQA sciences, edexcel maths and edexcel B geo too. Pls tell me you hate how may case studies there are 🥲. I'm also doing drama, but AQA and I'm so close to a 9 in drama, like in april mocks I was 1 mark off an 8 and a 9 was only a bit higher, especially as I'm predicted straight 9s, except for 1 8.......

Hi, next year I'm going to take 4 A-levels including further maths, what is the work load like? My school strongly suggest we only do 3, but I need to do further maths so I can apply to top unis

hello! honestly, it's been pretty chill so far, but i did study a gcse/level 2 further maths last year, so it makes maths a level much easier and nicer. if you are doing further maths for year 11, i would recommend doing all four since it does give you an advantage in both maths and fm.

if not, the workload is quite a bit more than others, and i do have a lot less free periods, however it's just hard work and keeping on top of things. hope this answers the question! <3

Hi! Thank you so much, the way my school does it is that we start further maths gcse if you want after we finish the main course in like January, so I'm going to do it but havb't started it yet.
