Manchester University Dentistry PBL Opinions
I am considering applying to Dentistry at Manchester but have a couple of concerns.
With the emphasis on PBL I just wonder how this works in practise with the amount of content - how do you know what you need to learn? Does it work and do you like it? How many lectures/seminar/teacher contact time do you have a week?
Also student satisfaction surveys seem quite low for Manchester atm - any thoughts as to why specific to dentistry?
Recent non-compliance on number or supervised procedures for final year students.
Only have a couple of days to make final decisions. Manchesters selection for interview seem to align best with my stats but just have these reservations. So any opinions/reassurances welcome.
