Warwick Maths

Hi, I wish to do maths, with required predicted A*A*A .However, I am predicted A*A*BC.

My A*s are in Maths and Further
I got 9 in both Maths and Further at GCSE (99887777766)
I have a silver in Senior Maths Challenge
No contextual ( I think - One parent with degree not from a Uni)

Is there still a possibility of getting in?

It is still possible, but extremely challenging, to secure a place for a top UK university Mathematics course with predicted grades of A*A*BC when the standard offer is A*A*A
. Your A* predictions in Maths and Further Maths are strong, but the grade B in your third subject is a significant risk factor for highly competitive programs. Success will depend on several factors, including the specific universities you apply to and your performance in any admissions tests.

Warwick gives a lot offers. If you get A* A* A preds in the relevant subjects ur guaranteed an offer but they do hand out offers to people with lower predicteds as well. So yea I would say definitely apply cz there is a chance you get an offer but make sure to work hard to meet it as most people don't

Did you take the TMUA admissions test? If you get a higher than average score then you might stand a chance. At the open day on Saturday they said last year's TMUA scores for successful applicants was a bit lower than past years.

They don't consider your 4th A level so you would be one grade short.

Maybe contact their Admissions team to find out?
