Sfe account says i have submitted everything but i need to submit evidence

When i log into my sfe account and look at my application it says at the top that i have submitted everything and completed all my current actions and they will let me know if i need to submit any more evidence. But then when i scroll down to the task section it says that I need to give more information and I must complete my task list. I have applied through the post and I haven't received any details about missing evidence that I need to submit. I was meant to have my application assessed by today but sfe keep moving back the date of when they will assess me by and now its the 27th october. Do i need to submit any evidence or is it just a glitch because i applied through the post??

Hi there,

Have you contacted any of our advisors to check what evidence is required? When was the last time you submitted evidence and what evidence did you submit? When was the application submitted?

Hi yes I contacted the advisor and they just said that I didn’t need to submit any evidence but based off their replies I don’t think they understood my question. I submitted all my evidence by post in September.

Hi there. It looks like it could potentially be a glitch. Do you see a separate task list on your online account? Not the actions part, as in is there a separate part specifically for tasks? Thanks, Leah.

No I don’t see any task list or a separate task part. Also my sfe account is now saying that they now will assess me from the 27th October - 1st November. I’m getting incredibly worried because it keeps moving back and my enrolment deadline is the 9th November. I was meant to be assessed by the 13th October but it keeps getting moved back every day and if it goes past the 9th I will have to drop out of university bc I can’t pay for tuition fees myself. I also can’t buy any course resources or pay my rent and I’ve had to borrow money because I have no maintenance loan. To me it seems like my application has been forgotten or sfe is just not assessing me.

Okay, based on this it sounds like you don't need to do anything else, or provide any more evidence. Once your application is approved this screen will update.
