wrong ucas reference

im an independent resit applicant applying for maths at uni this year, and i sent off my application last week. this morning i had a bad feeling so i asked ucas to send me my reference and predicted grades, only to find out that my teacher didn’t change part of my ucas reference from last year, when i was applying to medicine. it’s only one sentence but would i get rejected over that? i’m already planning on asking him to email the universities to clarify.

i’m hoping it won’t be an issue, bc last year i got a biomed offer even with that reference, but maths is very different from med/biomed
