HELP! oxbridge home learning has gone into administration

i’m currently learning media studies and english literature gcse with oxbridge home learning and have just been told they’ve gone into administration…. they’ve said the physical courses will be available until next year but there is no tutor support, marked assessments e.c.t my family does not have much money and spent a lot on these courses for me and now we’re just stuck. what do i do??

Find out of you can get a refund for any part of the fees you have paid - and investigate switching to a local college etc as soon as you can.

They’ve gone into administration due to them being in debt, please contact your bank. If you paid by debit card they maybe be able to give your payment back if it’s been under 120 days. If you paid by credit card then read into section 75 to see if you’re eligible. For any other options please call them up and explain your situation.

There’s no way of getting predicted grades, your assignments marked or tutor support. You’ll only have access to your course content until July of 2026, so download any assignments that you’ve completed so far. I would also recommend you download all course content so that you have it on hand during the meantime.

You’ll need to look for alternate providers and email them to ask if they can transfer credits/take your already completed assignments so that you are able to continue. Just steer clear from the home learning company trading as Barston College, it’s owned by the same CEO.
