Uni of Liverpool, Loughborough or Cardiff for Politics and IR
Hi all, looking at studying politics and ir at university but struggling to decide which university to apply too out of the three above, i already have my other UCAS choices nailed down so its between these 3. I was edging towards Loughborough but its not a Russel group however its ranked a lot higher then the other two. Any advice would be appreciated or personal experiences as students on these courses at these university’s.

RG is just marketing fluff, and it actually means nothing in the real world - even academics don't take it seriously. Loughborough is an excellent competitive Uni and has some of the best sports facilities of any UK Uni. Liverpool is an amazing city to live in as a student - highly recommended.
