Did I fall in love too young?

Alright to be completely straight forward I love this guy in fact we love each other an i can't help it.I know we are young and studies are important but everyone dates at this age right? What if i can handle studies and having him around it can't hurt right?
I know i'm strictly not allowed i hate that i have to keep it a secret but to be honest i just want to love this guy freely i know no way in hell i can even in school becuase news flash one of my parents work their and all the other teachers are like their little minions keeping an eye on me. I cant do what other people to... take laps together...hug without worrying who sees.
Its tiring but i know he's willing to do anything for me and wait for however long it takes.Is it wrong to keep him around like this when he's so much more deserving of a open relationship?Im just lost. My mind doesn't help it when i have another great question on my mind...will we even last?

I am completely lost. I am not sure which country you are living in, but in Britain you are allowed to have boyfriends, fall in love and do everything that you want with your boyfriend.
I am not sure why your post is heavy with worries. If you are ‘caught’ with your bf, you wont be deported or sent back to your home country.

How old are you?

Well in the original post, the OP says that their parents work at her school, and the other teachers keep an eye on her and will report back any misdemeanours. I'm guessing the parents are quite strict and have a strong focus on academic studies, without any "distractions"
Furthermore, I'm assuming the OP is female, although it's not 100% clear from the post... so until the OP clarifies, we cannot rule out if it's a gay relationship, and that could be a whole other can of worms if parents don't know about the sexuality of their child.
