Italia conti audition fee waiver issues

Has anyone had a problem when asking for an audition fee waiver with Italia Conti? I am a single parent on a low income and every drama school daughter has applied to that asks for audition fees has accepted either a P60 or a latest UC monthly statement for proof before granting a fee waiver for my daughter. Italia Conti's website states it requires a P60 from each parent/guardian in the household to prove income is under £25k, but they have also requested an annual benefit statement, which doesn't seem to exist on the UC portal, and when told it doesn't exist they have added up all monthly UC money onto annual salary to then state that I earn too much, even though most of the monthly amount is a housing portion. No other drama school have asked for benefit statements or used them to add up annual earnings, and Conti's website doesn't even state it uses it. The audition fee might not seem a huge amount but it's quite a significant chunk of extra money from a budget, especially when they also charge again for recalls and then have extra fees if you get a place. The insistence on it has really put us off applying to them now.
