Can anyone advise or Help

I’m applying with Ousba
My module already started ,
4/10/25
As a new ma postgraduate I’ve no idea how the SFE system or ou work now
And all my offer letters keep running out
All payments blocked on SFE over three weeks so no entitlement letter to
Upload tk OUSBA with my garentau
I’ve waited weeks student fees not answering any emails ?
Cent even get through ,on telephone
I’ve now missed 2 weeks studying
With no access in my student home untill fees paid
Please help
I e just complete ba hons after 6 years at the open university beforehand

Has you application been approved on your online account? Have we sent any emails asking for further evidence or have you sent any new evidence recently? We are unable to access online accounts here and can only provide general information.

Check if you receive my letter of resistance and approve my loan so I can pay my tuition fees that are up soon

When you called us before did we explain why your payments are blocked?

As in, have we asked you to send any evidence or information to us?
