I’m looking for someone to take over my Classic Studio at Staniforth House (Unite Students) in the city centre, close to BCU, Aston University, and transport links.

Available immediately through a tenancy takeover

Contract: 6th Sept 2025 – 21st July 2026 (10 months)

Rent: ~£204 per week (discounted — original £239/wk)

Total: £9,257 for the full tenancy (I’ve already paid £1,600)

UK or international students welcome (Unite approval required)

I’ve covered part of the rent already, so it’s much cheaper than booking directly through Unite.
