Do I even consider reaching out to her?

I am struggling with anxiety to the point where I might need to self diagnose and get myself checked out at the GP. Having mental breakdowns and panic attacks and the thing that once put me calm she is no longer with me anymore after saying we go our own ways. Whilst I have been going through no contact and successfully overcoming no contact without reaching out to her, do I consider even reaching out to her through email especially is it worth it? Or is it just no use and she probably won’t want to talk anymore as far as I just know she has me blocked on all platforms and whilst I did the only other way is through email?

I totally get why you might feel like reaching out to her she was someone who made you feel calm, and it’s normal to miss that. At the same time, contacting her could be tough for both of you since she’s not a professional and might not be able to handle everything you’re going through. It could really help to talk to someone who can actually support you, like a school counsellor, GP, or an online mental health resource. Wanting help from the right person doesn’t take away from what you felt with her it just keeps you both safe while you get the support you need

Yeah. Thank you I guess I’ll have to talk to a counsellor, GP or mental health service.
