Need guidance

Hi All,

I am applying for Dentistry at King's College London. I would like to calculate my overall GCSE score. See below a table provided by the university. I do not quite understand this table. What would be my score for following GCSE 4-8's and 2-6's, and 2-5's, etc. I need this calculation urgently. Based on this, I have decided whether I should apply to Kings.
