Looking for a replacement to takeover my tenancy.
*Must be 18+ and enrolled as a full-time student in a university or college in proximity to the accommodation.

Standard studio at Vibe Kingston - Floor 2
Available now - 21/07/26
£295 p/week (bills included)
£150 deposit + 2 rent installments (January & April)

Room:
Ensuite, double bed, lots of storage, TV, kettle, toaster, table & two chairs, desk chair, combi microwave oven, magnetic notice board, large wall mirror.

Accommodation:
Gym, games room, communal dining room, bike storage, cinema room, courtyard.
