What to prepare to study nursing?

My wife is going to study Adult Nursing degree in a couple of months, and she will be starting her first year. Is there anything she can read about nursing for the moment that will help her when she starts university.

She could look into and have a good start with :
A basic anatomy and physiology book
The NMC Code and NHS values
An intro nursing book like The Student Nurse Handbook or Royal Marsden Manual (Student Edition)
Websites like the NHS, RCN and Health Education England also have helpful articles and videos.

Hello,

As the above comment, I definitely agree. She can also look at Clinical Skills section in the British Journal of Nursing to have an background on practical clinical skills: https://www.britishjournalofnursing.com/category/clinical-skills/

All the best,
