Is it normal for Graduate Scheme season to be this exhausting?

Im in the middle of Graduate Scheme season right now, and honestly… is it supposed to be this intense?

In the past three weeks ive been invited to around ten video interviews. I’m happy that im getting through the application stages but at this point, im starting to feel scared every time a new interview invite comes in 😱

Is anyone else feeling the same??

Yeah definitely feeling the same, I’m working full-time as graduated over the summer and the balance is getting very tricky😭

same here, just graduated and working full time. i literally dread every time i get a video interview because preparing for it is so time consuming.
