Why I got it/ any ways to get rid of it?!

Since a few days I have this thing called ”angular cheilitis” on the corners of my lips, why I got that, and any remedies to get rid of it?!

i’ve had this in waves pretty much all my life like since primary school, there’s different creams and stuff you can get from the pharmacist to help, generally for me it flares up in the cold, when i’m ill, and when i’ve not slept enough or drunk enough water. avoid cracking by stretching the skin too far as it makes it worse. it can be **** ass annoying but generally the waiting game works and it subsides after a while. for me anyways, idk how different it might be for anyone else.
