Honestly, I think the best morning routine is whatever helps you feel balanced. Some days I start with a quick stretch and deep breathing, other days it’s straight to coffee. The important thing is doing something that sets a positive tone for the day. Everyone’s “perfect start” looks different!

I've got myself into the habit of a regular, committed meditation practice so I always do this first thing in the morning. I go running a couple of times a week, normally at weekends although I might go once or twice during the week depending on what my schedule looks like- on days when I do I'll go straight after my meditation session. I'll get a coffee after this.

All 3 of them is the best for me.
Wake up - wash face - brush teeth - exercise/meditation - quick shower after exercises - coffee.

I wish I had more time for meditation, with my sleeping habits it is difficult to include proper meditation in the schedule without feeling stressed over time to get to work...

I go running 3-4 times a week. Sometimes in the morning sometimes in the evening.

Unfortunately coffee is essential for me. I'm addicted to caffeine and sugar.

none 😭, tea and the dread of the rest of the day 🤣
From the three above, excercise fits best to me. I usually begin with stretching lengs and arms when I wake up.
