Learn direct unit 8 midwifery
You are required to produce a journal article that demonstrates your understanding of professionalism and multidisciplinary teams in healthcare. The journal article must incorporate the following sections.
SECTION 1
A discussion of how the roles and responsibilities of the midwife have changed due to a recent local or national development and the impact of this.
SECTION 2
An exploration of the functions of public bodies, agencies and regulators in midwifery.
SECTION 3
An evaluation how effective the current multidisciplinary team approach is in midwifery.
GUIDANCE
For guidance about layout, structure and style of writing used for journal article you should refer to the study materials in the ‘Academic Writing Skills’ unit.
You will need to use images within your journal article to support your written commentary.
Remember to include the following in your assignment: -
• A name for your journal article
• Relevant subheadings
• Images that support your written commentary
• Write your article in two columns
All sources used within the journal article, including any images or diagrams, must be cited and referenced accordingly. You must submit a references list and bibliography with your journal article.
The journal article should be a maximum of 2,000 words.
Has anyone compiled this unit? I have received it back as a re submission however the advice is not that helpful. My assessor would like specific examples however I feel like I have done this.
