Pet Friendly Student Accomm in Lincoln!! (2 rooms available!!)
Hi! Myself and my roommate are looking for 2 roommates to move in with us next year in central Lincoln. We currently occupy a 4 bedroom student flat that is pet friendly and as 2 of our roommates are moving out at the end of this academic year, we will have 2 en-suite rooms available.
The flat has 2 off-road parking spaces, only one of which is currently optimistically spoken for, providing I can buy a car before we come back next September. There WILL be a dog in the property as well - if this is an issue, I can keep said dog in my room and out of communal spaces and you'll only have to see her when we're entering/leaving the flat to go for a walk, although I would prefer if anyone interested liked dogs, or at least... Didn't dislike them.
RENT: is currently £168 per week, which is around the same as the pricier uni halls? But you have less roommates to deal with here and more perks (like bringing a pet with you to ease homesickness!!)
What to know about us?
We're Zoology students @ the university of Lincoln, I'm a 3rd year and my roomie is a 1st year.
We're generally quiet, yet social.
We're tidy and clean up for ourselves
We're pretty easy going, so even if you like to party and get loud at the weekend, you'll rarely hear a complaint
What to know about the flat?
Ground floor flat with it's own private entrance
Patio doors leading to a small garden area
Dishwasher!!! (such a selling point)
Washing Machine & Tumble dryer
Off-road parking for 2 cars (another big selling point!!)
You can bring your pet, after getting agreement from the landlady (which isn't an issue, she is pretty easy going about the pets you bring in)
