Should I substitue EMDP kcl for queen mary as a non medicine degree?

I submitted my application for med(obviously), but I'm considering if it was a stupid and hopeless decision and if I should change it to a non medicine at Queen's Mary. Genuinely, should I just change it because I'm not sure if these are enough to overcome my grades and stuff

These are my stats:
1980 band 2
776666666655554
CBA*B - A* (welsh bac), B in bio, C in chem and B in a extra a level
low income,
single parent
First gen uni
Living in an area with a low rate of progression to higher education, i dont remember my score but I know my acorn, WIMD and polar scores are contextual, quintile 2
extenuating circumstances cultural difficulties, inaccessibility to education, ill during exams & mental health (during that period, not diagonsed) etc.

I've done a LOT of extracurriculars and such and such but I don't think kcl really care.

Apparently kcl no longer uses postcode data such as polar, acorn imd etc. as widening participation factors
