I did and got instantly rejected as I don't have a driving licence. It is annoying that it wasn't specified in the job description that you needed one otherwise I wouldn't have bothered applying.

What role did you apply for because I applied for the marketing graduate position and it didn’t mention having a driving licence.

I applied to Commercial. It is good to know that not all the schemes require a driving license so I might apply to that now that I know there is no driving license requirement. Do you know if they have a limit of one application per cycle?

I'm passed the hirevue stage and have a screening call. Has anyone else had a screening call and what does it involve ?

Does anyone know if the screening call essentially means you are onto the assessment centre stage? I would be surprised if they had one for everyone that has applied to their schemes

what role did you apply for? and from last year's forum i think the screening call is just general questions about you and your degree etc

I applied for HR, did my pymetrics and got HireVue invite the same day. Haven't heard back yet since completing HV, but I completed it on 19th Oct. I think they said ACs are from Nov to Feb so process time might vary for different roles though

I thought it went quite well! Though it was a while ago now so I'm already forgetting the questions haha, but the case study at the end was quite interesting. Good luck to us both and I'll let you know if I hear back too 🙂

I did my Pymetrics yesterday and haven’t heard back but it seems if you get to the next stage you get an email straight away within a couple hours of completing it - has anyone else had it where they heard back after a few days?
