need help for next steps to work in finance

I've always wanted to work in finance, but left during my first year of college and got a full-time job at an aerospace company quickly realised I'd made a mistake, and now I'm left with no Level 3 qualifications so now i feel like my options are incredibly limited ive been looking at what i can do and my options seem to be the open uni or other distance courses or an apprenticeship although they don't come up much in my area (Leicestershire ) does anyone have any thoughts or advice

Online courses are incredible you can earn a qualification whilst working or living your life I really reccomend it and it’s never to late to change your mind i know so many people who have gone through very similar things. If an apprenticeship is more your vibe as it’s more hands on maybe have a look at relocating for your apprenticeship or regularly check the gov apprenticeship websites as new ones become available every day. I believe you can do this!

Also look at Access to HE Diploma courses, which are accepted by a lot of unis as a level 3 qualification:
