Aston Biomedical Science Help please!! :(

So im currently doing BTEC national extended diploma for applied science and I am most likely to get DMM-DDM. I really want to do biomed at aston uni but dont know if its even worth applying because my grades are lower than entry requirements by one grade if i get contextual offer. Does anyone know if they might still let me in? Im not sure if this course was in Clearing last year but Im hoping if it was that means the course wasnt that competitive and i can apply through clearing? If ANYONE has any past experiences or any advice ANYTHING would help because i dont know if its even worth applying. Thank you in advance

No-one can a guarantee that anyone will get an offer for any course, but its worth having one choice that is just above your predicted grades -you may get an offer and that can be incredibly motivating to push harder to get there. Just make sure that your other choices are more realistic and that you have an obvious Insurance choice.

I did bad in my alevels even though I had good predicted and got accepted ,I think aston was in clearing last year so you have a good chance.I spoke with my friends and they accepted some people in my course with even CCC so I think your DMM is perfectly fine and on the website it says DDM but dont worry just apply still, you will be fine.
