How much are we expected to study per week?

I’d love your opinions on both a regular week and the run up to mocks!

Not a personal opinion (because quite frankly I'm terrible at studying lol) but my school recommends 5 hours per subject per week of independent study. In the run up to mocks they recommend upping that to 8-10 hours per subject.

A-levels expects at least 5 hours a week to be very successful. Obviously this may vary between individuals, subjects and personal goals but it’s a good starting point
