Can I study medicine If I don’t get great GCSEs but good A levels?
Idk cuz I thought the point of A levels was to get to University however you have GCSEs requirement to get into uni

You will need to look at each individual Uni's selection to interview process to see which weight GCSE's more and which weight UCAT or predicted A level grades, PS more etc. Whole lot of factors at play in your application but got to apply strategically; if its at all like dentistry which I'm applying for anyway.
