Liverpool tenancy takeover

Hi urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at hardman house Liverpool! First installment till January is already paid for so first term free! After that it is £159 per week. It has an ensuite bathroom and is the biggest room in the flat as it is towards the end! It has a shared kitchen with 3 other lovely, kind and clean flatmates who are social!
