Great satisfaction rate for a student should be something between say 85% and 90%

Good satisfaction rate should be something between 65% - 70/75%

Poor has to be something well under 50%

It depends on what is the actual minimum pass rate is for the exam etc as each university set it own requirements, colleges are similar and then schools will have there minimum pass rates.
