Foundation year bioscience Manchester

hey, im a year 13 student, I was wondering how the foundation year bioscience course is going and what is it like? Is it hard and is it worth it? I have no idea what course to do but also don't want to regret picking something that wasn't worth it or where I feel completely behind and don't enjoy it. I want to do foundation year bioscience to get onto graduate entry med but it seems so draining. Any advice would be appreciated. I could take a gap year and do A levels for medicine but that's so complicated in itself, I am leaning towards law at this point but I don't want to miss out on aspiring in STEM.

heyy im applying for the biosicence with foundation year course too! I didnt picki science alevels due to extenuatiing circumstances and i do really enjoy my alevels and the humanity side so I applied for 2 geography courses alongside biosciences with foundation year. I think this course in the best shot in getting into stem as it offers 1 year which is quicker than 2 years of long strenuous alevels and plus its much shorter. Manchester also has some really good ungraduate couses that I liked with over 60 undergraduate courses

That’s amazing to hear!! What would you like to go on to do after the foundation year? I’m still conflicted between 2 completely different courses and still finalising if I want to do a science course or not.
