What were your GCSE maths and A-level maths grades?

I'm considering doing maths for a-levels but I'm not sure how hard it will be? I've read a lot of 'it's okay as long as you put in the work' but that's true for every subject.
can anyone who did a-level maths give their gcse and alevel grades? I think the comparison might help?

I'm currently at a 6 but I'm doing my mocks in December. Not sure how much I've improved but I did like. 3 hours of revision the entirety of year 10 and didn't really do homework so that's a 6 off of whatever I've understood in class so I'm hoping to get a 7 or an 8 (at a stretch) for my final exams. (with revision dw)

I’m still in Y12, but I got an 8 in my GCSE, I also did L2 Further Maths and got a 7, and I’ve been finding A-Level Maths decent so far. How they teach it (at my school at least) is that they start with GCSE topics/skills and build them up. So if you’re great at GCSE Maths, you should be decent with A-Level Maths.
