16+ Oyster Cards

hello,
I recently found out that i can apply for 16+ oyster card as long as im still under level 3. i have the letter stamped and ready to be posted but the lady said i need to address the envelop and i dont know what to put there, it's my first time mailing something. i tried looking through it in their website but it doesn't say anything about it.

can i get some lovely help??🥲

Just looked this up and I'm not 100% sure about the address but if they don't know they'll be able to direct you to someone who does. Write the following address line by line on the left side of the envelope in your best writing:

TfL Customer Services
9th Floor
5 Endeavour Square
London
E20 1JN

Then make sure the stamp (and the bit to the right of it) is stuck on the top right corner of the envelope.
Then on the other side write your own address and name it "return address." (This is in case there's any problems so you can get your letter back) Seal it up and pop it in your nearest postbox :smile:
