what mock grades are needed for st olaves?

Right, so I have been really researching st olaves as a sixth form option ( i am in year 11). I know that the minimum requirment for applications are 63 points on the top 9 gcses scored (in reality in august they probably accept the people with 77-81), however how about conditional offers? For the january applications what grades do they want, and what are the minimum grades for the january applications?

I think as long as your grades add up to 63 points for your January one you will be fine, they don’t give out conditional offers

Gotcha, how about the subject requirements? So if my grades add up to more than 67 points however i got a 6 in CS which i selected for a level (which the minimum requirement is a 7), would i still be able to apply?

In this case, i think you would need to swap out cs for other subject because sadly i heard they need you to achieve the requirement. Good luck!

Sweet! that was just a theoretical scenario haha, however do they accept external GCSE? I do astronomy GCSE and Russian GCSE, so assume i got a 9 in astro and russian and i got a 5 and a 6 in geography and media, considering that they take the top 9 gcses will those get covered by the 2 9's that i earned?

also the information evening yesterday was very nice, not sure if anyone was there but the school itself looks awesome

Yes they do accept external GCSEs, and the 2 9s will cover your 5 and 6 in geog/media. They just look at the best 9s of ur gcses.
