Access to Leeds?

hihi! just a general question because im a little confused, got an offer from Leeds today and on the offer it says i have an alternative one because of my postcode but leeds have also emailed me about the access to leeds scheme which im eligible for - so do i need to do that too for the alternative offer they've sent me to be applicable?
