Year 11 predicted grades

Hi I'm wondering if the year 11 predicted grades are solely based on how you perform in your 11 mocks. This is because I recently did an end of unit biology test and worried I flopped it. Will this affect my year 11 predicted grades? Any response will be appreciated

Hey! It usually depends on the school however if they are included in the overall grade it will not be a huge part of it. The majority of your grade will come from your mock!

Hi thank you for responding, so if i flopped this test but got a grade 9 in the mock, would it be predicted a 9?

Yes I would assume so! A small unit test is nothing compared to the actual mock, I wouldn't worry too much about predicted grades anyways! All they do is help with college/sixth form applications but given your high grade that shouldn't be a problem!
