The definition of words using English use the Oxford English dictionary but legal rulings are written in Legalese, the same words as English but totally different definitions using multiple editions of law dictionaries.
When this isn't disclosed or taught it's blatantly deceptive therefore unlawful.
When human being in the Oxford English says flesh and blood man or woman that breaths and has a soul but human beings in Legalese is monster of unsound mind it is sinister and unlawful
