Advice needed on parents and future

I'm currently in year 13 and about to sit my mocks, which are my last chance to get my predicted grades up to AAB which is what i need for manchester uni my current predicteds are ABB but the issue is my mum wants me to go to manchester uni at all costs. meaning if i cannot get into manchester doing what i want i would have to apply for education at manchester uni. we are at a standoff, we both agree going to manchester to do the subject i want is the best but she is saying that if i dont i do education instead, im disagreeing and saying ill go to another uni i can apply for. she has told me if i do not do education if i fail i will no longer receive their support and that i will have to leave at 18. im at loss i hate education and i have no desire to do it. what should i do ? any advice ill be grateful for and thank you for listening to my rant

Yeah this is a pretty bad situation to be in especially since it can mean your wants are blocked out by your parents wants, identify assume having a conversation with them is not possible of you haven't tried maybe try that

If you dont make it try get a friend to be roommates with and share the rent or some1 you can trust like another person looking to share a room. I'd recommend you get a part time to make some cash for you in the meantime, but for now try not to be stressed about this and focus on try aget into the uni. Also family seems quite manipulative try not let their voices cloud your own judgement
