Located 5 mins away from UOL and a short bus journey from Bishops Grosseteste

Due to me wanting to move closer to my friends, I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat of 5. Currant tenants include 4 girls. Everyone is super friendly and easy to get along with, as well as the university and city centre being extremely close by.

The accommodation is fully furnished, having a large amount of storage, a study area and an en-suit bathroom. The kitchen also contains lots of storage, additionally, having a tv and lounge space as well as a riverside view.

Deposit- £100.00, £127.00 pw, bills included.
