New tenant asap please

I really need someone to take over my student accommodation as I’ve left uni due to health reasons but I’m having no luck finding someone to replace my tenant due to the contract saying I cannot leave until I found a new tenant. I’ve been trying for a whole month with no luck and it’s really stressing me out if anyone is looking for a student accommodation please let me know— it’s in Birmingham city centre a single room en-suite in a shared flat. Thank you this would be appreciated if anyone can get back to me the rent is 704 a month but this price will go down as the price differs on a new tenant
