Eligibility for fin/consulting internship while being borderline 2:1?!

My uni doesn’t give official predicted grades. My first-year average was 59% (1% off a 2:1), but first year is low weighting (10%) do I count as being on track to finish with a 2:1 overall?

For internships like Deutsche Bank and other banks they say you must be on track for a 2:1

If I do get through the early stages and they later ask for grades at offer stage, could I get kicked out then since I'm not above 60%?

Has anyone gone through this before?
