Did mine today but I don't have much tips...
I practiced using BMSAT ninja and whatever's available on pmt for BMAT, looked through worked solutions on Crack BMAT and tried some stuff on ESAT just because most of my classmates are doing so too. Just trust yourself, trust the process and don't let your nerves get in the way.

What did you think of it today? Did mine on Tues

It was about the same difficulty of the practice paper on their website
Also really happy that I got A4 laminated sheets and a fineliner because I was really stressed about it (I needed at least one side of A4 and I write tiny)

Thanks! Just wondering did you do all the BMAT past papers, and did you find the BMSAT a similar difficulty to the BMAT?

I did all the BMAT section 2s and yes, they were quite similar in diffculty (especially the latest ones; those earlier than 2010 were a tad easier). Do be aware that the BMAT Section 2 gives a mix of questions and is a third of the BMSAT; in BMSAT the first 20 questions are all biology, then 20 of the next subject and so on for 90 minutes straight. This can be quite tiring so I would recommend doing three BMAT Section 2s as practice just to see how you cope with timing.
For my test I didn't get much graphs to work with (like geometry in maths) as I had expected but this might just be due to chance.

I did mine today too and honestly guys just use the BMSAT ninja resources to brush up on your knowledge and then just do BMSAT practice papers and loads of BMAT papers and you will all be fine. I did it last year too and found this years a lot easier.

Sorry but how much of it would you say was a level content? Bc some of the questions on the practice paper given by Oxford were like yr 12 ish content so I was wondering if it rlly is just GCSE or not

Most of it is GCSE but there are a bit of stuff from AS (or early AS at least).
I think I got about 2 or 3 questions on AS level but since it's MCQ and they do give a basic explanation of anything new (albeit a very brief one) you should be fine.

Are there multiple papers? I’m js rlly trying to make myself feel better because I did mine yesterday and it was BAD. I did all the bmat and BMSAT ninja papers and prepped so much and found it a lot harder than them, but also I started panicking so bad midway through so maybe that’s what gave me that impression. I’m so frustrated because I was averaging good scores on the bmat and BMSAT papers only to sit this one and know I totally flopped it

Sorry but how would you say the question composition is , mostly equation and maths based or a lot of knowledge questions?

There was a fairly even mix for mine; maths for both physics and maths, some balancing equations for chemistry (call it what you like, I call it hidden maths) and mainly applying taught and new knowledge for biology. But these will vary for each paper so just expect an even mix (after all, they did mention a "Mathematics or Statistics class" for first years in the actual course)

Dont give too many exam tips as it needs to be a level playing field for everyone
