BSc Psychology is a great degree that keep lots of doors open. The salaries of Psychologists may not impress you but a Psychology degree can take you anywhere. If you are uncertain what you what to do in your working life, then Psychology will keep options open to you. You can build your CV while you study. Our Careers and Employability Service | University of Buckingham will help you with work experience and micro-internships at university and will support you as Alumni for your entire career.
Good luck

It's an interesting degree, but it's not for all. The post-graduation prospects are not the best and they require a lot of creativity and low paying/voluntary positions before you get to actually climb the psychological career ladder, but you also have career options that are totally unrelated to psychology - check graduate schemes for that.

Also, many people have the wrong idea of what a psychology degree is. There is surprisingly little on psychotherapies on the degree, instead there's a lot of biology, statistics, and behaviour in general. A lot of the degree boils down to scientific proof of common sense, if I'm perfectly honest with you. I don't think it's a bad degree, but I would definitely look into it more before commiting to it.
