Sent paper application but no change in online account?
Hi there,
I applied for a second degree under CPR and also as it is an exemption degree, but because I had already received funding for my first degree, my only option was a paper application. I have been receiving evidence requests via email and responding to them, but my online account does not show any updates or any evidence that a second application is in progress at all. Is it possible that I have been issued another CRN or something like that? My university sent me an invoice and so I would really need to know, one way or another, about my funding status ASAP. I posted a handwritten address history 2.5 weeks ago, and have not been contacted since. Please advise, thanks so much!

Hi there. The applicaiton won't be data entered on your online account yet, which is why you won't be able to see it. This can take up to 6 weeks after we receive the applicaiton.
Evidence is taking around 17 working days to process at the moment. This means it's taking just over 3 weeks to process you letter.
If there is any further evidence required, you will be emailed, so you just need to wait and keep an eye on your emails and online account. Thanks, Leah.
