Help with UCAS application

Hi I am applying for UCAS 2026 entry and I am on dependent visa. My father has ILR for past 5 years and I came to UK on August 9 2023 and is taking. Gap year now.. Would like to know whether I can apply as a settled dependent or presettled dependent?

Fee status and visa status are both very complicated areas, and no-one can tell you the answer to this. All you can do is apply for Uni and wait for each Unis fee decisions. If they require any further information or documents they will each email you to ask for this. Unis will not investigate or make any fee etc decision before you actually apply. Please read the OP - they are not specifically applying to SOAS. I just used this as an example of more-detailed fee status explanation.

There several details that are relevant, none of which are too wise to publish online. I recommend you check the UKCISA website to see what category you fall into.
