Advice for OIA complaint after uni dismissal?

Has anyone successfully challenged a university decision at the OIA due to exceptional circumstances like undisclosed pregnancy, medical issues, and delays from the university? I was academically dismissed and my appeal was rejected as 'out of time', even though I had serious health and housing problems. Any tips or insights would be really helpful! 😊
