London tenancy takeover, IQ student halls £277 a week
Hello, I have an accom in Holloway (IQ the arcade, ~30 min bus ride from central) that I want someone to take over. The contract lasts until 11/07/2026. There is free WiFi and all bills including. Non en-suite but 2 showers and 2 toilets. Your room will have a sink, desk a cupboard and a bed (obviously). You will have a flat with 5 other flatmates. Rent is £277 a week.
