Is it still possible for me to get into a UK medical school?

Hi guys, I am really lost and would really appreciate if anyone of you could give me some advices.

I am currently studying in healthcare program in CUHK, predicted to attain a second up honour classification( equivalent to UK 2:1). However, I failed most of my course and attained bad grades during the second semester in my year 2 due to adjustment disorder and leading to a prolonged study duration(defer for one year)

Also, my HKDSE grades is not good and I have resit my DSE to attain a 5*5*4(A*A*B) in Chemistry, Chinese History and Mathematics.
Original result is 544543 in Chinese English Math Chinese History Chemistry and Biology

My question is, is it possible for me to enter medical school like Manchester, Liverpool or Bristol as a graduate applicants (with honGPA around 3.4 and cGPA around 3.5)?

Should I try to attain a higher cGPA by taking other relevant course such as biochemistry(the honour classification in Hong Kong is only dependent on major courses and I am not studying biochemistry) or I should focus on UCAT (what score would be competitive according to my background) or clinical experiences?
