Is it possible to change to a defered entry after I have submitted my application?

After submitting my application to Oxford I stumbled across information saying that I could apply for deferred entry. Had I known this I would have applied for a deferred entry. Regardless, is it still possible to change this?

You could contact your college and ask.

Bear in mind that it is harder to get in for deferred entry as they have to be confident not just that you deserve a place against the field of candidates this year, but that you will deserve a place against next year’s candidates whom they haven’t assessed yet. This means the bar is higher.

For anything to do with changing your course or year, definitely contact the University and specific college you are applying to, directly. I had to do something similar with my Cambridge application and they were extremely helpful!

Good luck! ❤️

Contact the admissions tutor at your chosen college. Because she or he is in-charge of handling the applications initially.
