According to https://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/2026/biochemistry/bsc-biochemistry/ Bristol's standard offer is "AAA including Chemistry and another core science/mathematics subject. Core science/mathematics subjects include: Biology, Further Mathematics, Human Biology, Mathematics and Physics" and their contextual offer is "ABB including A in Chemistry and B in another core science/mathematics subject. Core science/mathematics subjects include: Biology, Further Mathematics, Human Biology, Mathematics and Physics" [emphasis in original]

If you meet the requirements for a contextual offer then you stand a good chance, I would guess, providing you're doing appropriate subjects. If your predicted grades don't match what Bristol is looking for, then I suspect you're unlikely to get an offer.

You could contact Bristol's admissions team: https://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/contacts/

For Biochem this is how they score applicants:

Applications are scored and ranked based on their academic record, according to their achieved or predicted results with the following weightings: GCSE 20% | A-Level 80%
