January exams - durham

does durham make us sit exams first day back from Christmas holiday because I've booked a train ticket coming back on the day the term starts in time for my lecture. But im not sure when the exams are and if they may be early morning on the day term restarts

Depends on your course as as far as I’m aware Durham doesn’t have a set January exam period. In psychology I never had January exams but I know friends who were doing other subjects did. Might be best to check with your course

Yeah I mean I asked my teacher today in accounting she said its in January but its to be confirmed

There isn’t a set exam period in January so you should receive information about when your exams are from your department. I would get in touch with them specifically to confirm dates if you don’t hear anything soon.
